About Our Team

Meet the dedicated professionals who make up your child’s ABA therapy team—each playing a unique role in delivering effective, compassionate care tailored to your child’s needs.

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a professional that has achieved a Master’s degree in a related field of applied behavior analysis, special education or psychology. They have completed 2000 hours of practicum experience, as well as passed a board exam and obtained a state licensure. Your child will be assigned BCBA at the start of therapy that will oversee treatment, create appropriate goals and assist family members and outside team members to assure therapy is effective outside of the clinic.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is a licensed professional with a Master’s degree in communication sciences and disorders. They are trained to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding/swallowing disorders. SLPs complete supervised clinical practicum hours, pass a national certification exam, and maintain state licensure. Your child will work closely with an SLP to build effective communication skills through personalized goals and evidence-based therapy. SLPs also collaborate with families and other providers to support progress across home, school, and social settings.

Occupational Therapist (OT)

An Occupational Therapist (OT) is a licensed healthcare professional with a Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy. They are trained to help individuals develop the skills needed for daily life through therapeutic, goal-oriented activities. OTs complete extensive clinical training, pass a national certification exam, and hold state licensure. Your child will be paired with an OT who will assess their strengths and challenges, create individualized treatment goals, and use play-based therapy to support growth in areas like fine motor skills, self-care, and sensory processing. OTs also work closely with families to ensure progress continues at home and in other environments.
